ក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នាព្រឹកព្រលឹមដ៏ត្រជាក់ត្រជំនេះ មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហៃ អភិបាលរងនៃគណៈអភិបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ តំណាងឯកឧត្តម ឃួង ស្រេង អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ, ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍, ឯកឧត្តមអគ្គនាយក, លោកប្រធានមន្ទីរទែសចរណ៍ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង, តំណាងមន្ទីរទេសចរណ៍រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ, លោកស្រី ឡុង សុខហ៊ួយ ប្រធានសមាគមស៊ីក្លូកម្ពុជា, មន្ត្រីរាជការនៃក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ព្រមទាំងអ៊ំ ពូ បងៗដែលជាអ្នកធាក់ស៊ីក្លូសរុបប្រមាណ ១០០នាក់។

ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសរំលេចថា ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ដ៏អស្ចារ្យនាព្រឹកដ៏ត្រជាក់នៃសន្តិភាព គឺដើម្បីចូលរួមអបអរសាទរទិវាជាតិទីក្រុងស្អាតឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែល សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានចេញសារលិខិតអបអរសាទរកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ម្សិលមិញនេះ ដែលតាមរយៈសារលិខិតនេះបានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ជាមួយនឹងការអំពាវនាវលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់គ្រប់ផ្នែក គ្រប់ថ្នាក់ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន លំនៅដ្ឋាន រមណីយដ្ឋានទេសចរណ៍ សហគមន៍ទេសចរណ៍គ្រប់ទីកន្លែងទាំងអស់ក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ឱ្យយកចិត្តលើភាពស្អាត សោភ័ណភាព សេវាកម្មល្អ និងបដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចល្អ ពោលគឺនេះបានបង្ហាញអំពីសក្តានុពល កិត្យានុភាពពីកិត្តិនាមរបស់កម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ពិភពលោក និងដើម្បីទាក់ទាញភ្ញៀវទេសចរអន្តរជាតិគ្រប់ទិសទីទាំងអស់នៅលើពិភពលោកឱ្យអញ្ជើញមកទស្សនាសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជាដ៏សម្បូរបែប។

H.E. Minister HUOT Hak: The Cambodia Cyclo Association Has Received High-Level Attention from Samdech Techo Hun Sen Since 2018

His Excellency HUOT Hak, Minister of Tourism, stated that the Cambodia Cyclo Association has received high-level attention from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, former Prime Minister and current President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, since 2018. This support has included both financial assistance and moral encouragement for uncles and brothers who are passionate about the cyclo profession.

H.E. HUOT Hak presided over a cyclo ride event from Phnom Penh to Stung Treng, Stung Treng Province, under the slogan: “Giving Hope to Cambodian Cyclos.” The event was organized to celebrate the 2026 National Clean City Day and to participate in a tourism event jointly organized by the Stung Treng Provincial Administration and the Provincial Department of Tourism under the theme: “Stung Treng – More than Rivers, More than Ordinary.”

This initiative highlights Stung Treng Province’s unique, diverse, and attractive tourism potential, while also demonstrating continued support for the Cambodia Cyclo Association.

The cool early-morning event was attended by H.E. HUOT Hai, Deputy Governor of the Phnom Penh Capital Administration, representing H.E. Khuong Sreng, Governor of Phnom Penh; leaders of the Ministry of Tourism; the Director General; the Chief of the Stung Treng Provincial Department of Tourism; representatives from the Phnom Penh Department of Tourism; Ms. Long Sokhuy, President of the Cambodia Cyclo Association; officials of the Ministry of Tourism; and approximately 100 cyclo drivers.

On this occasion, H.E. the Minister emphasized that this remarkable event, held in the cool and peaceful morning atmosphere, was organized to celebrate the 2026 National Clean City Day. He also referred to the congratulatory message issued on February 28, 2026, by Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The message underscored and called upon all sectors, all levels of authorities, local administrations, residential communities, tourist resorts, and tourism communities throughout the Kingdom of Cambodia to prioritize cleanliness, aesthetics, quality services, and warm hospitality. This reflects Cambodia’s potential and prestige on the international stage and aims to attract tourists from around the world to experience the Kingdom’s rich and diverse tourism offerings.
