ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា និងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍គុយបា ឯកភាពចុះអនុស្សារណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍

លោកជំទាវ Milena Caridad Zaldivar Piedra ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតវិសាមញ្ញ និងពេញសមត្ថភាពនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋគុយបាប្រចាំនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងសហការី ចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារស្តីពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍រវាងកម្ពុជា-គុយបា ក្នុង​ឱកាសបំពេញទស្សនកិច្ចការងាររយៈពេល២ថ្ងៃនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

ក្នុងឱកាសនៃជំនួបប្រកបដោយផ្លែផ្កានេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានជម្រាបជូនឯកឧត្តមអនុរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីទេសចរណ៍នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋគុយបា អំពីទំនាក់ទំនងការទូតដ៏ល្អរវាងកម្ពុជា និងគុយបាតាំងពីឆ្នាំ១៩៦០ ដោយគិតត្រឹមឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ គឺមានរយៈពេល៦៦ឆ្នាំ។ ហើយទំនាក់ទំនងមិត្តភាពនេះ ត្រូវបានពង្រឹងពង្រីកពូនជ្រុំដោយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកំពូលរបស់ប្រទេសទាំងពីរជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ដែលជាមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះសម្រាប់ពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការលើគ្រប់វិស័យ ពិសេសលើវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ដែលប្រទេសទំាងពីរសុទ្ធតែមានសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍ដ៏សម្បូរបែប និងភាពរួសរាយរាក់ទាក់ បដិសណ្ឋារកិច្ចដ៏កក់ក្តៅរបស់ប្រជាជននៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនៃជំនួបប្រកបដោយភាតរភាពនេះ ឯកឧត្តមអនុរដ្ឋមន្រ្តីទេសចរណ៍នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋគុយបា បានថ្លែងអំពីចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍លើការអភិវឌ្ឍលើគ្រប់វិស័យនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជាក្នុងកំឡុងពេលទស្សនកិច្ចការងាររយៈពេល២ថ្ងៃកន្លងមក និងសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ដែលបានជួយសម្របសម្រួលឱ្យមានជំនួបជាមួយសមាគមទេសចរណ៍កម្ពុជា ធំៗ ដើម្បីផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីសក្តានុពលទេសចរណ៍គុយបា។ ឯកឧត្តមអនុរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនពីគោលបំណងចម្បងៗ នៃទស្សនកិច្ចការងារនៅកម្ពុជានាពេលនេះ រួមមានសំណើចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) លើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទេសចរណ៍រវាងក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍នៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដែលគ្រោងនឹងធ្វើឡើងក្នុងព្រឹត្តិការណ៍ពិព័រណ៍ទេសចរណ៍អន្តរជាតិនៃប្រទេសគុយបានាពេលខាងមុខ និងការរៀបចំ FAM Trip ទៅវិញមករវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ដើម្បីសហការជម្រុញវិស័យទេសចរណ៍ ពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងទីផ្សារទេសចរណ៍ ស្របពេលដែលការធ្វើដំណើរទៅមករវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរមានភាពងាយស្រួលតាមរយៈជើងហោះហើររបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនអាកាសចរណ៍តួកគី (Turkish Airlines) ពីរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងរដ្ឋធានីឡាហាវ៉ាណា ដោយឆ្លងកាត់តាមទីក្រុងអ៊ីស្តាន់ប៊ុល នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋតួកគីយ៉េ។

Cambodian Ministry of Tourism and Cuban Ministry of Tourism Agree to Sign Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Tourism Sector

H.E. Mr. Huot Hak, Minister of Tourism, granted a courtesy call to H.E. Mr. Adalberto Venero Lemus, Deputy Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Cuba, accompanied by H.E. Mrs. Milena Caridad Zaldivar Piedra, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cuba to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and esteemed colleagues, to discuss on cooperation in the tourism sector between Cambodia and Cuba during their two-day working visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

During this fruitful meeting, H.E. Minister informed H.E. Deputy Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Cuba about the good diplomatic relations between Cambodia and Cuba since 1960, which as of 2026 have lasted 66 years. And this friendly relationship has been continuously strengthened and expanded by the top leaders of the two countries, which is the foundation for strengthening and expanding cooperation in all sectors, especially in the tourism sector, where both countries have rich tourism potential and the warm hospitality of the people of both countries.

Taking opportunity of this fraternal meeting, H.E. Deputy Minister of Tourism of the Republic of Cuba expressed his notice in the development of all sectors of Cambodia during his two-day working visit and thanked the Ministry of Tourism for helping to facilitate meetings with major Cambodian tourism associations to promote the potential of Cuban tourism. H.E. Deputy Minister also informed about the main objectives of the actual working visit to Cambodia, including the plan to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on tourism cooperation between the Ministries of Tourism of the two countries, which is planned to be held at the upcoming International Tourism Fair in Cuba, and the organization of a reciprocal FAM Trip between the two countries to jointly promote tourism, economic diversification and tourism markets, while travel between the two countries is facilitated by Turkish Airlines flights from Phnom Penh and La Havana, via Istanbul, the Republic of Türkiye.
